Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Testing Senior Associate to uphold data quality for regulatory external data services. You will develop and execute testing cases, maintain documentation, and collaborate with product owners, developers, and data owners to ensure timely, accurate bank filings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Management, Statistics or Accounting.
• 5+ years of experience in user acceptance testing, risk management assessment or related field.
• Experience with database management systems (Databricks, Snowflake, Oracle, SQL Server).
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint).
• Proficiency with SQL (complex queries, large datasets).
• Ability to analyze issues, develop risk mitigations, and communicate insights to senior stakeholders.
• Ability to translate regulatory guidance into actionable recommendations.
• Organized and detail-oriented with multi-priority delivery.

Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end testing activities, including planning and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and testing procedures with thorough documentation.
• Draft comprehensive final test summaries to ensure alignment and clarity.
• Develop and execute robust test scripts to identify weaknesses.
• Collaborate with product owners and data owners to validate test cases.
• Automate testing procedures and leverage AI tools where appropriate.
• Document test steps and results with adequate justification for conclusions.
• Maintain rigorous documentation for transparency and accountability.
• Support design and effectiveness of test cases through collaboration.
• Adhere to regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
