Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Senior Associate in Regulatory External Data Services to ensure accurate, complete, and timely external data filings.

You will guide product direction and day-to-day delivery for regulatory data, working with business, data owners, and cross-functional teams to strengthen controls and transparency. You will document and enforce data governance and delivery practices to meet regulatory, financial, external, and legal obligations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
• 5+ years of experience in product ownership, reporting, data analytics, or similar roles.
• Proficiency with data solutions and technology tools such as SQL, Python, and Amazon Web Services.
• Proficiency with agile delivery methodologies and practices.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing priorities and requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee regulatory data and external reporting services across the product lifecycle.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define product vision, prioritize features, and align delivery to business goals.
• Lead process optimization and cost efficiency initiatives for the product.
• Manage the product backlog and coordinate timely delivery of product and reporting requirements.
• Analyze large datasets to generate actionable insights, reports, and recommendations.
• Partner with Controls, Risk, Compliance, Legal, and Business Owners to clarify data requirements and strengthen data quality.
• Serve as a reporting and data subject matter expert for banking operations, such as mortgage lending, credit cards, auto, and small business products.
