Job summary

CVS Health Corporation seeks a Senior Manager of Cybersecurity Compliance to lead regulatory compliance initiatives for Enterprise Information Security. You will guide audits, develop controls, and educate teams on risk and regulatory requirements across the enterprise.

Responsibilities include coordinating with Legal, Internal Audit and external assessors, driving remediation plans, and reporting to senior management. This role supports a healthcare retailer environment with strong governance.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in IT or information security with regulatory knowledge.
• 3+ years working with auditors and remediation planning.
• 3+ years in FTC, HIPAA, NY DFS, SOX, PCI, NIST, ISO, HITRUST, NAIC.
• CRISC, CISA or CISSP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute regulatory compliance audits and plans.
• Develop risk management policies across the enterprise.
• Educate stakeholders on regulatory requirements and best practices.
• Coordinate regulatory reports to management, auditors, and regulators.
• Oversee audit findings remediation and reporting.
• Collaborate with Legal, Internal Audit and external assessors.
