Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is seeking a Senior Manager of Cybersecurity Compliance to lead enterprise regulatory compliance initiatives and coordinate audits across IT and business teams. You will develop, implement, and manage controls, reporting, and remediation efforts to strengthen the program.

The role requires extensive experience with healthcare/retail compliance, and collaboration with Legal, Internal Audit, and external assessors to align on regulatory requirements and improve control

Qualifications

7+ years in IT or information security with regulatory know-how.
3+ years with auditors/assessors and remediation planning.
3+ years in regulations/standards and frameworks (FTC, HIPAA, NY DFS, SOX, PCI, NIST, ISO, HITRUST, NAIC).
Certification requirements: CRISC, CISA, or CISSP.

Responsibilities

Lead regulatory compliance audits and deadlines.
Develop and optimize risk management policies and controls.
Educate stakeholders on regulatory requirements and best practices.
Coordinate audits and track remediation with process owners.
Prepare and submit regulatory reports to management and regulators.
Educate teams on risk frameworks and top regulatory risks.
