Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is seeking a Senior Manager of Cybersecurity Compliance to lead enterprise regulatory compliance initiatives. You will guide audits, develop controls, and educate stakeholders on risk management across IT and business units.

The role reports to Enterprise Information Security and collaborates with Legal, Internal Audit, and external assessors to ensure alignment with regulatory requirements. A bachelor's degree and certifications are preferred for this leadership position.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in IT or information security with regulatory knowledge.
• 3+ years working with auditors/assessors and remediation.
• 3+ years in FTC, HIPAA, NY DFS, SOX, PCI, NIST, ISO, HITRUST, NAIC.
• 3+ years in audit methodologies and control testing.
• CRISC, CISA, or CISSP certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead procedures to support cybersecurity regulatory audits and set schedules.
• Develop processes to support regulatory assessments and audits.
• Coach stakeholders on regulatory requirements and best practices.
• Define risk management policies to support technology controls across the enterprise.
• Oversee regulatory reports to management, auditors, and regulators.
• Educate stakeholders on risk frameworks and top regulatory risks.
