Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Senior Manager of Cybersecurity Compliance to lead regulatory compliance initiatives across the Enterprise Information Security team. You will coordinate audits, implement controls, and provide metrics on control effectiveness, partnering with Legal, Internal Audit and external assessors.

Responsibilities include overseeing regulatory reporting, educating stakeholders, and managing remediation plans to strengthen cybersecurity controls enterprise-wide.

Qualifications

• Experience with regulatory compliance programs across healthcare, insurance, or retail sectors.
• Experience coordinating audits with external auditors/assessors and managing remediation.
• Knowledge of FTC, HIPAA, NY DFS, SOX, PCI, NIST, ISO, HITRUST, NAIC and related controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute procedures to support cybersecurity regulatory audits and compliance activities.
• Develop processes for regulatory assessments and audits across the enterprise.
• Provide coaching and education on regulatory requirements to stakeholders.
