A global payments technology company is looking for a regulatory attorney with approximately 7–12 years of experience for a 12-month secondment on its Regulatory Law team, with potential for extension.

The work will involve advising product, business, and legal teams on the development, launch, and scaling of stablecoin and fiat payment products. The attorney will lead multi‑jurisdictional regulatory analyses while supporting go‑to‑market planning and regulatory readiness efforts.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience advising on stablecoins and digital assets
• Strong familiarity with European regulatory frameworks
• Location: Hybrid - Purchase, NY
• Schedule: Full-time
• Duration: 12 month engagement (with potential extension)
• Compensation: $100 - $115 per hour

Required:

• Location: Hybrid; based in Purchase, New York or London, onsite 2–3 days per week
• Schedule: Full-time, approximately 40 hours per week
• Duration: 12 months, with potential for extension; target start November 1, 2026
• Compensation: $100 – $115 USD per hour; flexible based on experience.
• Active license to practice law in at least one relevant jurisdiction
• Amenable to being employed (W‑2) by a workforce solutions company for the duration of the engagement
• Rates are quoted in USD
