Job summary

BCG Attorney Search is seeking a Senior Consumer Finance Regulatory Associate in Miami, Florida to advise clients on mortgage lending, servicing regulations, and consumer and commercial finance compliance within a diverse practice.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years of regulatory experience, a JD, bar admission, excellent legal research, analysis and writing skills, and the ability to manage responsibilities within a team. Spanish language skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years of regulatory experience.
• Strong academic background and legal research skills.
• Admitted to or eligible for admission in the relevant jurisdiction.
• Fluency in Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on mortgage lending and servicing regulations.
• Provide guidance on consumer and commercial finance compliance.
• Assist with alternative lending products and FinTech structures.
• Manage state licensing and compliance with financial services laws.
• Engage in enforcement actions and payment systems matters.
