Job summary

BCG Attorney Search in Dallas, TX seeks a mid- to senior-level Consumer Finance Associate for their Financial Regulatory & Compliance Practice. The role offers exposure to a diverse client base across industries and requires solid experience in financial services regulation.

You will advise on regulatory matters, handle mortgage lending and consumer finance issues, and work with FinTech structures. A JD and licensure in the relevant jurisdiction are required; Spanish fluency is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3 to 6 years of relevant experience in financial services regulatory and compliance.
• Knowledge of TILA, RESPA, UDAP/UDAP, HMDA, FCRA, and FDCPA.
• Spanish language fluency preferred.
• Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction or eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on financial services regulatory and compliance matters.
• Handle issues related to mortgage lending, consumer finance, and commercial finance.
• Work with alternative lending products and FinTech structures.
• Assist with state licensing and compliance with financial services laws.
• Engage in legal research, analysis, and writing.
