Job summary

BCG Attorney Search seeks a mid- to senior-level Consumer Finance Associate for their Miami, FL office. This full-time role offers exposure to clients across diverse industries and challenging regulatory matters.

The position focuses on advising on financial services regulatory issues, mortgage and consumer finance, and FinTech structures, with emphasis on research and writing. Fluency in Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3 to 6 years of experience in financial services regulatory and compliance.
• Knowledge of TILA, RESPA, UDAAP/UDAP, HMDA, FCRA, and FDCPA.
• Experience with enforcement, money services, and payment systems is a plus.
• Strong academic background and attention to detail.
• Commitment to client service and teamwork.
• Admission to or eligibility for admission in the relevant jurisdiction.
• Fluency in Spanish preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on financial services regulatory and compliance matters.
• Handle issues related to mortgage lending, consumer finance, and commercial finance.
• Work with alternative lending products and FinTech structures.
• Assist with state licensing and compliance with financial services laws.
• Engage in legal research, analysis, and writing.
