Job summary

Motorola Solutions in Austin, TX is seeking an experienced Regulatory Compliance engineer to guide safety, EMC, RF and cybersecurity certifications for wireless video products. You will lead cross-functional collaboration with design teams and external labs to ensure pass-through certification.

You will manage documentation, maintain certificates, and drive country approvals (FCC/ICES/CE). Strong communication and adaptability in a fast-paced environment are essential.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of engineering experience in regulatory compliance for wireless video/multimedia equipment.
• Experience with EMC, RF and safety certifications and with test labs.
• Experience obtaining country approvals including FCC/ICES/CE/RCM/Anatel.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to explain standards clearly.

Responsibilities

• Obtain regulatory product compliance for mobile video products and cameras.
• Serve as SME on interpreting standards and certification requirements.
• Coordinate with design teams to pass certification during development.
• Prepare and maintain compliance certificates and test reports.
