Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking an experienced Regulatory Compliance Engineer to obtain and maintain regulatory approvals for mobile video products, cameras and video appliances. You will act as a SME, interpret standards, and work with electrical, mechanical and firmware teams to ensure certification success.

The role requires deep knowledge of EMC, RF, safety and cybersecurity requirements, plus experience interacting with labs and authorities.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience with wireless video/multimedia regulatory compliance.
• Experience with EMC, RF and safety certification.
• Experience obtaining country approvals (FCC, ICES, CE, RCM, Anatel).
• Experience writing safety/EMC/RF test reports and compliance packages.
• Strong communication skills and ability to explain standards clearly.

Responsibilities

• Obtain regulatory product compliance for mobile video products, fixed cameras and video appliances.
• Interpret standards and certification requirements as a SME.
• Collaborate with engineering during development to ensure pass of certification.
• Ensure products are tested per safety, EMC, RF, and cybersecurity standards.
• Produce compliance certificates and test reports to show conformance.
