This role supports readiness for inquiries, examinations, and audits by government agencies and clients. The position provides legal interpretation and guidance, advises executives on enforcement

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree or equivalent with 5+ years of experience, plus 2 years SME in related areas.
• Strong knowledge of state and federal regulatory requirements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Oversee regulatory compliance activities for state and federal laws.
• Provide guidance on enacted legislation, licensing, and examinations.
• Coordinate regulatory response strategies and audits with stakeholders.
• Advise leadership on regulatory trends and enforcement priorities.
• Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, Privacy, and operations to implement enterprise-wide plans.
