Qualifications

• Proficiency with MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Research and review compliance matters by gathering facts and summarizing findings.
• Assist with responses to inquiries from regulatory agencies.
• Support settlement intake requests and related research activities.
• Respond to internal and external information requests within area of responsibility.
• Monitor compliance activities to identify, track, and report trends.
• Prepare and maintain monthly reporting.
• Maintain documentation and trackers supporting compliance activities.
• Collaborate with regulatory and compliance managers on projects and priorities.
• Handle Mental Health Parity intake requests and related research.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
