Job summary

CVS Health's Meritain Health is seeking a Sr Analyst, Regulatory Compliance to support research, data gathering, and reporting on regulatory matters. This role works with compliance managers and internal teams to ensure timely, well-documented responses to inquiries and sustained regulatory readiness.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in insurance or compliance, strong communication, analytical, and project-management skills, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• 2+ years of insurance industry experience.
• 2+ years of compliance, quality, regulatory, or related experience.
• Demonstrated effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience managing multiple assignments with competing deadlines.
• Strong MS Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Support research and review of compliance related matters by gathering facts, organizing information, and summarizing findings.
• Assist with responses to inquiries from regulatory agencies.
• Support settlement intake requests and related research activities.
• Respond to requests for information within area of responsibility from internal and external partners.
• Monitor compliance activities to help identify, track, and report trends.
• Prepare and maintain monthly reporting.
• Maintain documentation, trackers, and other materials that support compliance activities.
• Partner with the regulatory and compliance managers on projects, follow-up items, and ongoing departmental priorities.
• Mental Health Parity intake requests and related research activities.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
