Qualifications

• 5–7+ years of relevant experience in business analysis, UAT coordination, systems implementation, or data management.
• Strong understanding of regulatory compliance operations, risk management, and enterprise banking systems.
• Experience developing UAT test plans, test cases, scripts, execution documentation, and testing reports.
• Experience interpreting BRDs and FRDs and translating them into actionable testing scenarios.
• Experience with system integrations, data mapping, and end-to-end testing across interconnected applications.
• Experience cleansing, reconciling, and validating complex datasets to improve data integrity.

Responsibilities

• Lead UAT activities for regulatory change platforms and interconnected systems.
• Translate business requirements into test cases, scripts, and validation scenarios.
• Establish traceability between requirements, functionality, workflows, and testing outcomes.
• Coordinate UAT execution, monitor milestones, document results, and support timely delivery.
• Manage defects, prioritize resolutions, and coordinate retesting with stakeholders.
• Develop UAT progress reports, risk assessments, and executive status updates.
