Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of experience in an energy regulatory practice.
• Active and in good standing with at least one U.S. State bar.
• State utility commission experience required.

Responsibilities

• Manage state energy regulatory matters and provide legal advice.
• Represent the company in regulatory proceedings as needed.
• Review, negotiate, and draft interconnection agreements.
