Job summary

CertiK, a leading Web3 security company, seeks a lead product manager to own regulatory technology for banks, regulators and financial institutions. You will translate client needs into a prioritized roadmap, present to clients and regulators, and shape product direction with cross-functional teams in North America and abroad.

You will run discovery with clients and consultants, build a diverse interview funnel, and defend prioritization decisions to leadership.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years in B2B product management, ideally in fintech, regtech, compliance software or a regulated financial institution.
• Domain experience in financial crime, AML or transaction monitoring, blockchain intelligence, or risk and surveillance products.
• Led complete product cycles from discovery to launch in a regulated/enterprise domain.
• Native or fully proficient English with professional presentation skills.
• Established prioritization framework and track record turning customer input into shipped features.
• Sufficient technical fluency to challenge engineering decisions and handle pushback.
• Directs discovery through others as well as consultants; travel may be needed.

Responsibilities

• Run discovery with clients and prospects on site and remotely; collaborate with solutions consultants to set learning agendas.
• Build and run a discovery channel: interviews with banks, VASPs and regulators for diverse requirements.
• Convert client conversations into actionable, prioritized product decisions with documented rationale.
• Present CertiK's products to client teams, prospects and regulators in demos and workshops.
• Join BD and consultants on client visits, mainly in the US, with travel to Europe and other markets.
• Own the roadmap conversation with the CEO, Business Development and Engineering.
