Job summary

CertiK, a Web3 security leader, seeks a Lead Product Manager for Digital Assets. You will own the product roadmap for regulatory technology addressing banks, regulators, and regulated financial institutions in North America and beyond.

You will translate client needs into a prioritized plan, present solutions to clients, and collaborate with CEO, BD, and Eng to shape the roadmap. Strong regulatory domain experience is essential.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years in B2B product management, ideally in fintech, regtech, compliance software or at a regulated financial institution.
• Domain experience in financial crime, AML or transaction monitoring, blockchain intelligence, or risk and surveillance products.
• Led complete product cycles from discovery to launch in a regulated or enterprise domain.
• Native or fully proficient English, with professional presentation skills to senior compliance audiences.
• Established prioritization framework and a record of turning customer input into shipped features.

Responsibilities

• Run discovery with clients and prospects, on site and remotely, and set the agenda for what they learn in the field.
• Build a discovery channel of practitioners at banks, VASPs and regulators for structured interviews.
• Convert client conversations into actionable product decisions, with justification documented for leadership.
• Present CertiK’s products and services to client teams, prospects and regulators in demos and workshops.
• Join Business Development on key client visits, primarily in the US, with occasional travel abroad.
