Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed RN in North Carolina with current license.
• CPR certification required and renewed annually.
• Experience in geriatric/long-term care nursing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise nursing staff during shifts to ensure high-quality patient care.
• Assist Director of Nursing in directing and coordinating Nursing Services.
• Supervise Nursing services per Nursing Practice Act and facility policies.
• Support Nurses with patients during acute episodes.
• Address employee issues promptly and document actions.
• Take on-call responsibilities.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
