Tenet Healthcare is seeking a full-time Registered Nurse to provide direct clinical patient care across shifts. The role includes planning, implementing, and supervising patient care at the unit level to ensure high quality, safe nursing practice.

The RN is responsible for coordinating care in line with hospital policies, administering medications, and supporting the CNO in resource management and patient safety. Strong knowledge of safety protocols and emergency procedures is essential.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Preferred: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nursing.

Responsabilités

• Provide direct clinical patient care per shift.
• Supervise staff and delegate appropriate care.
• Coordinate and plan patient care within the nursing process.
• Administer medications safely per hospital policy.
• Fulfill all HICS responsibilities during emergencies.
• Know and follow hospital emergency codes and procedures.
