Live Well Homecare Agency, LLC in Augusta, GA is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse for a full-time night shift. The RN will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient needs, acting as a liaison among patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure patient-centered care and satisfaction.

Requirements include an ADN/ Nursing Diploma or higher, current RN license (state or compact), and BLS certification. Prior direct patient care experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree in Nursing or Nursing Diploma required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Current RN license (single state or multi-state compact)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required upon hire.

Responsabilités

• Monitor, examine, and evaluate patient conditions; assist with care planning and deliver care per established protocols.
• Prioritize and coordinate daily patient flow, ensuring safe and effective treatment while maintaining thorough documentation.
• Advocate for patients by addressing concerns, educating patients and families, and communicating vital information to care teams.
• Participate in performance improvement initiatives, contribute ideas for process enhancements, and support organizational goals.
• Maintain professional licenses, complete required training, and pursue ongoing professional development.
• Mentor and support development of fellow nurses, fostering a positive work environment and upholding standards of professionalism, confidentiality, and safety.
• Adhere to policies, standards, and codes of conduct, demonstrating integrity and accountability.

Role Overview:
