InBloom Autism Services is seeking a Senior Registered Behavior Technician (Sr. RBT) to lead, mentor, and implement ABA interventions with high fidelity. You will support BCBA initiatives, ensure accurate data, and train junior RBTs across home, school, clinic, or community settings.

The Senior Registered Behavior Technician (Sr. RBT) plays a pivotal role in implementing advanced behavior intervention strategies while supporting and mentoring junior RBTs. This role involves executing client treatment plans with high fidelity, directly supporting BCBA initiatives, and taking a leadership role in data accuracy, quality assurance, and peer training. The Sr. RBT works collaboratively with BCBAs/BCaBAs to ensure client progress, implement individualized interventions, and foster team development. Strong leadership, communication skills, and a commitment to professional growth are key requirements.
