Qualifications

• RA licensure required.
• 8+ years of experience in commercial/retail/industrial design production.
• Experience in construction administration and project coordination.
• Strong technical writing and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Produce construction documents and coordinates with MEP and structural teams.
• Lead space planning and schematic design to meet client specs and budgets.
• Integrate MEP and structural elements into architectural designs.
• Review shop drawings and respond to RFIs during construction administration.
• Mentor junior staff and support professional development.
