Qualifications

• RA licensure required.
• 8+ years of experience in commercial, retail, or industrial design production.
• Strong construction administration and project coordination experience.

Responsibilities

• Produce detailed construction documents based on templates and project requirements.
• Coordinate MEP and structural elements with architectural designs for seamless execution.
• Lead space planning and schematic design to meet client specs and budget constraints.
• Review shop drawings and respond to RFIs during construction administration.
• Mentor junior staff and foster team development.
