Job summary

CPH, a multi-disciplinary engineering and architecture firm, is seeking a Registered Architect to join and lead our Sanford, FL architecture team. You will guide projects from initial concept through construction, ensuring design integrity, quality control, and regulatory compliance.

You will coordinate with clients, engineers, and contractors, manage schedules and budgets, and mentor junior staff while upholding the firm’s standards of excellence in design and delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
• Registered Architect licensure required.
• 5+ years of experience in architecture, focusing on large commercial projects.
• Extensive knowledge of building codes and regulatory requirements.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead architectural projects from design through completion.
• Coordinate with clients, engineers, contractors to ensure design integrity.
• Manage schedules, budgets, and resources for projects.
• Oversee design development and quality control.
• Perform site visits to ensure adherence to plans and standards.
