Donaldson is a leader in filtration technology, seeking a Senior Regional Welding Engineer to standardize and govern welding across global sites from its Bloomington, MN office. You will drive compliance with AWS, ASME BPVC, PED, Nadcap, and quality standards while improving weld quality, cost, and efficiency.
The role requires 5+ years in welding engineering within manufacturing, expertise in welding automation, and experience mentoring teams globally.

The Senior Regional Welding Engineer is responsible for standardizing, optimizing, and governing welding processes across all global manufacturing Industrial Solutions sites. The role ensures compliance with AWS, ASME BPVC, PED, Nadcap, and internal quality standards while improving weld quality, cost, and efficiency. This position serves as the enterprise SME for welding technologies, NDT, and weld program governance, and leads the development of future-state welding capabilities through technology evaluation and scalable global implementation.
Qualified candidates must be able to work a hybrid schedule at our Bloomington, MN office.

$86,200 – 111,000. Actual salaries will vary based on several factors including, but not limited to applicable work experience, training, education, and performance. Based on work location, geographic adjustment is included.
