Job summary

Advanced Technology Services, Inc. is seeking a Regional Reliability Engineer in Peoria, IL. The role focuses on improving equipment reliability, throughput, and maintenance strategy across the factory environment.

You will lead RCA/RCM/FMEA efforts, apply predictive maintenance technologies, and mentor teams in reliability best practices within a safety‑conscious, regulated industrial setting. The position requires ABET‑accredited engineering education and at least five years of reliability

Qualifications

• ABET‑accredited engineering degree or equivalent experience in heavy industrial maintenance/reliability.
• Minimum of five years of reliability experience.
• Proficient with RCA, RCFA, FMEA; 강 (ignore)
• Master level proficiency in predictive technology.
• Vibration I Certification and Infrared I Certification.
• Strong machine health monitoring and data analysis skills.
• Experience with WEM and reliability improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Promotes and adheres to ATS safety culture.
• Ensures compliance with regulatory requirements and ATS policies.
• Partners with internal/external customers to improve reliability and throughput.
• Identifies opportunities for capital expenditures with ROI projections.
• Champions reliability best practices and precision maintenance technologies.
• Performs and coaches Root Cause analyses and fault tree analyses.
• Collaborates with leadership to align ATS and customer KPIs.
