Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, or science.
- 8+ years sales experience in laboratory and/or diagnostics.
- 5+ years distribution sales experience.
- Proven IDN standardization success; demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Drive profitable POC growth across the territory and close new POC opportunities.
- Lead enterprise-wide LeadCare II standardization in large health systems.
- Develop regional account plans and distributor growth strategies.
- Mentor Regional POC Specialists and conduct field trainings.
- Maintain CRM records and monthly forecasts; coordinate with Health System Managers and Marketing.
- Travel up to 65% to cover the region and participate in regional meetings.
