The role requires a bachelor’s in planning or engineering/architecture with 10+ years in planning and experience with DD1391s/EPG. Valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in planning or engineering/architecture with at least 10 years in planning.
• Experience planning at a shipyard with DD1391s and EPG familiarity.
• Valid driver’s license.

Aufgaben

• Prepare regional infrastructure plans and studies.
• Develop functional or platform-based plans that guide installation planning efforts.
• Coordinate plans across multiple installations within the region and prepare regional/functional plans (RIPs/RSIPs, NAF projects).
• Prepare Installation Plans & Studies (IDPs, CIP, Recapitalization, IAP) and related planning docs.
• Support Encroachment management, EUL studies, and space planning activities.
• Produce supporting documentation, NEPA inputs, and related planning deliverables.
• Collaborate with Navy stakeholders and other BL teams to ensure project alignment.
