Job summary

Soleo Health is seeking a Regional Vice President of Operations to lead pharmacy and nursing operations across multiple markets from Dublin, OH. This executive role focuses on strategic direction, cost-effective care, and growth in the infusion and specialty pharmacy space.

The VP will partner with executive leadership, clinical teams, and commercial functions to align operations with business development goals and patient access initiatives, driving quality care and long-term sustainability.

Qualifications

Senior healthcare leadership experience.
Experience across multi-market operations in healthcare.
Strong strategic planning and financial oversight skills.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute the operational strategy aligned with long-term vision and growth.
Oversee regional and branch leadership with consistent execution of objectives.
Coordinate with sales, development, and clinical teams to align operations with business goals.
Lead large-scale process improvement to enhance profitability and scalability.
Manage budgets and financial targets for regions and branches.
