Soleo Health in Dublin, OH is seeking a Regional Vice President of Operations to lead pharmacy and nursing operations across multiple markets, delivering cost-effective, high-quality patient care while driving growth and profitability.

This executive will set strategic direction, partner with clinical and commercial teams, oversee regional leadership, budgets, and performance metrics, and champion process improvements and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nursing, PharmD or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 15+ years of healthcare experience with 7–10 years in senior operational leadership.
• 2+ years of home infusion therapy experience.
• 1+ year of supervisory or direct leadership experience.
• Extensive experience in specialty pharmacy/infusion with multi-market ops.
• Strong strategic planning, financial management, and operational execution.
• Ability to collaborate with executive leadership, sales and clinical teams.
• Knowledge of regulatory standards, accreditation and QA.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute multi-market operational strategy aligned with long-term growth goals.
• Oversee regional and branch leadership to ensure consistent objectives.
• Align operations with sales, business development, and patient access initiatives.
• Lead evaluations of market expansion opportunities, partnerships, and service innovations.
• Ensure high-quality, cost-effective care across pharmacy and nursing operations.
• Monitor performance metrics to drive efficiency and service quality.
• Lead large-scale process improvements to boost profitability and scalability.
• Oversee budgets and financial targets for all regions.
• Maintain oversight of processing costs and profitability for pharmacy and nursing divisions.
• Foster collaboration across operations, sales, clinical liaisons, and managed care.
