Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required; MBA/MD/PhD preferred.
• Minimum 6 years in marketing, medical, key account management, sales, or leadership with KOLs.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and results-focused mindset.
• Understanding of industry trends and ability to develop ahead-of-market strategies.
• Ability to build lasting customer relationships with patient-centric mindset.
• US driver's license required; travel >50% (up to 65%).
• Experience engaging with KOLs and professional healthcare organisations.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional KOL engagement strategy and faculty development.
• Provide local market insights to shape strategies for the Lung and Head and Neck portfolio.
• Build relationships with academic and community KOLs and stakeholders.
• Coordinate marketing education and engagement plans with cross-functional partners.
• Monitor regional treatment patterns to inform peer-to-peer and insight placements.
• Manage regional marketing budget and assist in business planning.
