Job Description

About the role:

You will partner with the IBD Strategy and Brand Marketing team within the IBD Franchise on regional thought leader engagement, overseeing components and managing executional support for educational P2P efforts and regional marketing initiatives, including conference presence and sponsorships.

Advance the commercial potential of Entyvio by creating targeted customer experiences, supporting education and therapeutic consideration for HCPs and Patients addressing unmet needs in IBD.

Amplify brand strategies through marketing initiatives, strengthening messaging, and enhancing relationships with customers and accounts via field partnerships.

Drive disease state initiatives through leadership efforts and partnerships with third parties, ensuring Takeda's leadership in the IBD landscape.

You will report to the Associate Director, Regional Marketing Lead.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify regional customer needs and develop educational materials.
  • Evaluate marketing tactics and recommend strategies for brand optimization.
  • Lead partnerships with field teams to optimize marketing strategies and support peer-to-peer education programs.
  • Gather local insights on market drivers, influence points, and competitive landscape to inform strategy.
  • Manage external vendors and ensure internal stakeholder alignment.
Thought Leader Engagement
  • Build relationships with external experts and emerging leaders.
  • Gather insights from HCPs and KOLs to inform brand strategies.
  • Coordinate advisory boards and manage engagement content and logistics.
Cross-functional & Agency Collaboration
  • Ensure compliance and strategic alignment across internal teams and external vendors.
Congress Strategy & Execution
  • Support planning and execution of congresses to promote the IBD brand.
  • Train field teams and manage event deliverables.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or higher preferred.
  • At least 7 years of experience in pharmaceutical/biotech industry, with 2+ years in relevant roles.
  • Experience in IBD, biologics, or rare diseases preferred.
  • Proven success in marketing and cross-functional collaboration.
Travel & Location

Willing to travel up to 50%. Reside within the central region (FL, GA, MS, AL, TN, KY, OH, MI, WI, IL, IN, MO).

Compensation & Benefits

U.S. salary range: $137,000 - $215,270. Benefits include health insurance, 401(k), paid time off, and more.
