Ladders is seeking a Senior Regional Marketer – West Region to shape regional marketing strategy across the West with a focus on oncology and breast cancer commercial execution. The role builds relationships with external stakeholders, translates market dynamics into insights, and informs national brand direction in a cross-functional biotech environment.

Location: Remote in the United States. Compensation: $200,000 – $245,000 annually.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in pharma/biotech commercial roles.
• Oncology marketing or sales experience required.
• Breast cancer experience in ER+/HER2- metastatic disease preferred.
• Proven oncology product launch experience.
• Active KOL relationships in the West Coast region.

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Regional Marketer -- West Region to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space.

This individual will shape regional marketing strategy across the West Region, with a strong focus on oncology and breast cancer commercial execution. The role will build influential relationships with key external stakeholders, translate market dynamics into actionable insights, and help inform national brand direction. It is a highly cross-functional position that connects field engagement, advisory input, congress activity, and launch support to drive commercial impact in a competitive biotech environment.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $200,000 – $245,000 annually

• Bachelor's degree in marketing or related fields; MBA preferred
• Strong communication skills and ethical standards
