Job summary

Action Property Management seeks a Regional Manager III to lead and develop Regional Managers across an assigned region. You will strengthen account oversight, support client retention, and resolve escalations before executive intervention.

The role focuses on strategic leadership, financial performance, and cross-functional collaboration, with a hybrid work model from the San Francisco region. Salary up to $250k depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of HOA management experience, including high-rise properties.
• CMCA certification required or able to obtain within six months.
• Ability to travel to support regional operations and attend evening board meetings.
• Proven leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple portfolios and drive client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop Regional Managers with clear performance expectations.
• Conduct regular portfolio reviews and account-health discussions.
• Ensure accurate account oversight and verify operational performance.
• Support regional strategy, financial performance, and client relationships.
• Collaborate with executive leadership on pricing, staffing, and objectives.
• Drive succession planning, onboarding, and leadership development.
