Bechtel Corporation in Richland, WA, is seeking a senior leader to manage daily labor relations on the Hanford Vit Plant project. You will guide the industrial relations team, resolve disputes and prevent schedule delays through strategic process improvements.

This full-time, in-office role requires a bachelor’s degree and 10–13 years of experience (or 14–17 years). You will liaise with union officials, supervise LR/IR/WFS activities, and ensure compliance with policies and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Requires bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) and 10‑13 years of relevant experience or 14‑17 years of relevant work experience.

Responsabilités

• Supervises daily labor relations activities on construction projects and facilities.
• Represents Bechtel in meetings with local union officials and in pre‑negotiation meetings for project and national labor agreements.
• Supervises the preparation of information for meetings, including local area surveys on workforce availability, productivity and compensation.
• Develops and implements process improvement initiatives with union officials and construction management.
• Supervises LR/IR/WFS teams and change management in LR/IR/WFS, on project, and within Bechtel.
• Oversees recruitment, screening and processing of craft employees.
