Job summary

RiverTech, an Akima company, seeks a Program Manager / SME to lead Enterprise Systems Management across Texas, Oklahoma, and surrounding regions. You will oversee contract execution, QA, and performance, interfacing with Government leadership and COR to ensure mission readiness.

Responsibilities include directing regional teams, maintaining DoD cybersecurity posture, and coordinating resources across installations to deliver reliable IT services.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years managing enterprise IT operations or DoD IT programs.
• Experience leading technical teams across distributed installations.
• Proven ability to manage Government contracts and engage senior stakeholders.
• Experience with QA/QC and performance metrics.
• Knowledge of DoD cybersecurity policies and RMF.
• Familiar with AESMP, ServiceNow or Remedy ticketing systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee execution and performance of Enterprise Systems Management services regionally.
• Lead contractor personnel and coordinate across NECs and installations.
• Interface with Government leadership, KO and COR on program execution.
• Ensure compliance with PWS, DoD regulations, and metrics.
• Develop management processes and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate resources across multiple locations to meet priorities.
