Job summary

MacLean Power Systems (MPS) is seeking a Customer Service Representative to manage inside sales and support for the designated region, focusing on delivering superior customer service and accurate order processing.

You will collaborate with purchasing, production, and shipping to ensure orders meet terms and specifications, assist clients with quotes and terms, and maintain strong client relationships. Experience in utility or technical product sales is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years related experience including experience with technical products.
• Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with multiple clients.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software including Excel and MRP system.
• Outside sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Processes incoming orders and verifies all aspects of the orders and quotes including validity, terms & conditions, and technical requirements.
• Collaborates with purchasing, production, shipping, and leadership to ensure accurate and efficient order processing.
• Provides information, quotes, credit terms, and other bid related specifications to clients.
• Manages order status with production, shipping, and leadership teams.
