Job summary

White Cap is seeking a Rental Coordinator in Massachusetts to manage regional rental activities, assist walk-in customers with equipment rentals, and ensure equipment is inspected and ready for rental.

Under limited supervision, you will coordinate orders, bill customers, handle returns, manage purchasing and AP for re-rents, and support account managers with delivery and damage issues. The role requires physical ability and occasional travel, with a strong emphasis on teamwork and reliability.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating regional rental operations.
• Ability to process rental orders and billing.
• Experience with inventory control and cycle counts.

Responsibilities

• Processes regional rental orders; bills customers and processes rental returns.
• Maintains files on all rental jobs and reconciles accounts payable for re-rents.
• Handles cycle counts and monitors inventory for all rental products.
• Ensures equipment is repaired and maintained and tracked for losses.
• Provides support to Account Managers regarding rental equipment and communicates issues to sales and customers.
• Responds to customer issues and escalates concerns as needed.
• Offers guidance to Rental Coordinators and supports team development.
