Job summary

Aventura at Walton Hills is seeking a Regional Food Service Director to oversee multiple Ohio facilities, guiding operations, finances, human resources and client relations while supervising the facility Food Service Directors.

The role requires multi-site dietary operations experience, travel within the region, and a strong focus on budgets, cost controls and regulatory compliance. You will mentor leaders and drive performance improvements across the region.

Qualifications

• High School diploma is required.
• Certified Dietary Manager certification is required.
• Multi-site dietary operations experience is required.
• Ability to travel within the region frequently is required.
• 2–5 years of experience coordinating food service operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple facilities with leadership in operations, finances, HR and client relationships.
• Work with dietitians to meet federal and state requirements.
• Develop and manage unit budgets and financial objectives.
• Review financial results weekly/monthly and adjust for performance.
• Ensure training, quality assurance, and compliance across facilities.
