Job summary

Aventura at West Park in Cincinnati is seeking a Regional Director of Operations (CDM - Certified Dietary Manager) to lead regional food service and nutrition operations across our assisted living and healthcare facilities.

You will mentor Food Service Directors, manage budgets, ensure regulatory compliance, and build client partnerships while driving dining excellence. Must have multi-facility healthcare dietary experience and CDM certification.

Qualifications

• Must have previous multi-facility healthcare dietary experience.
• Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) certification is required.
• High School diploma is required.

Responsibilities

• Actively support and apply all company and facility policies and procedures to ensure high quality service at the lowest possible cost.
• Coordinate with Corporate and onsite dietitians to achieve all federal and state requirements.
• Develop and manage budgets, production plans, and labor productivity for each facility to meet targets.
• Oversee audits and compliance across facilities, including safety, sanitation, and record keeping.
• Provide leadership and accountability for Food Service Directors and staff; mentor and train as needed.
• Negotiate terms with clients and support transition of new accounts, ensuring smooth operations.
