Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Actively support and apply all company and facility policies to ensure quality of service at lowest cost.
• Work with dietitians to ensure compliance with federal and state requirements.
• Cultivate and maintain client relationships to understand needs and expectations.
• Establish internal QA and assessment processes across facilities, including surveys.
• Participate in food service committees and represent the company at events.
• Plan and develop each unit’s operational budgets and monitor financial targets.
• Review financial results weekly and monthly to improve performance.
• Negotiate contracts and manage transitions for new business accounts.
• Ensure accounting practices and timelines are followed.
