Job summary

Aventura at West Park is seeking a Regional Director of Operations (CDM - Certified Dietary Manager) to lead regional food service and nutrition operations across our senior living and healthcare facilities. You will mentor Food Service Directors and drive dining excellence with strong financial oversight.

Ideally you have multi-facility healthcare dietary experience, a high school diploma, and a CDM certification.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) required.
• Experience in multi-facility healthcare dietary operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple facilities, providing leadership and guidance in operations, finances, human resources and client relationships.
• Supervise Food Service Directors and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Develop and manage unit budgets, analyze financial results, and implement improvements to meet budget targets.
• Coordinate with dietitians and corporate teams to meet federal and state requirements.
• Support new business bids, rebids, and program development across facilities.
