Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and at least seven years of relevant progressive nonprofit leadership experience.
• Nonprofit/ membership organization management with staff supervision and cross-functional coordination.
• Experience increasing fundraising and member engagement.
• Experience budgeting and monitoring financial information to support decisions.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Managing Director to set Geographic Area priorities and translate initiatives into local goals.
• Build productive relationships with Region Presidents, Chapter Presidents, and volunteer leaders.
• Lead succession planning, leadership development, unit engagement, and outreach with volunteers.
• Coordinate Geographic Area work, clarify responsibilities, and ensure timely support for volunteers and members.
• Supervise assigned staff, set expectations, and provide development and accountability.
• Develop programs and events to increase fundraising and membership and share best practices.
• Oversee budgets, office operations, facilities, and administrative needs in coordination with departments.
