The ideal candidate has a BA with 6–8 years of management experience, proven nonprofit leadership, and the ability to collaborate with volunteers, staff, and national colleagues.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain collaborative relationships with region presidents and volunteers.
• Provide strategic support to region boards to grow fundraising and engagement.
• Oversee daily operations of Hadassah Mid-Atlantic.
• Supervise staff and delegate tasks to deliver quality member experience.
• Support financial processes and controls in partnership with finance teams.
• Represent Hadassah in coalitions and community events.
