You will serve as the primary strategic liaison between Enara and our partner clinics, conducting periodic onsite visits and online meetings to strengthen relationships with clinic owners and managers while overseeing agents who manage both member-facing and clinic-facing tactical operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead partnership expansion initiatives including new service line introductions, market penetration strategies, and collaborative growth planning with clinic leadership

Regional Performance Oversight & KPI Management

  • Own comprehensive regional performance metrics including conversion rates, lead volume, member engagement, operational efficiency, and revenue targets across all assigned partner sites
  • Conduct monthly partner health assessments through data analysis and onsite evaluations, identifying performance trends, growth opportunities, and potential operational challenges

  • Ensure consistent member experience standards across all regional partner sites through regular quality assessments, process optimization, and staff development
  • Coordinate escalation resolution for complex operational issues, working collaboratively across internal teams to implement timely and effective solutions
  • Implement and optimize operational processes and best practices based on regional performance data and partner feedback

Market Intelligence & Strategic Communication

  • Serve as primary regional liaison maintaining strong communication channels with clinic owners, managers, and key stakeholders while ensuring rapid issue resolution
  • Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to inform strategic decision-making and identify emerging opportunities for partnership growth
  • Deliver comprehensive monthly reports to leadership covering regional performance metrics, market insights, partnership health, and strategic growth recommendations
  • Facilitate transparent feedback loops between partners and internal teams to drive continuous improvement and innovation
