Responsibilities

• Develop and implement work expectations for the region.
• Supervise Intake, Afterhours, and Homefinders staff and managers.
• Ensure staffing adequacy for Region 1 units.
• Provide up-to-date training and information to staff.
• Establish goals, standards, procedures, and protocols; evaluate programs and staff.
• Monitor progress toward child welfare outcomes and manage budgets.
