Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to own intake, grooming, and translation of business-initiated reporting requests into actionable deliverables. You will lead end-to-end grooming, facilitate intake sessions with stakeholders, and transform loosely defined asks into structured requirements.

You will assess feasibility, prioritize by business value, and define data logic and rules for reporting solutions, ensuring traceability and validating with stakeholders throughout development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in business analysis, reporting, analytics, production support, or related environments.
• Experience gathering and documenting requirements for reporting solutions, data exchanges, or operational needs.
• Strong experience facilitating cross-functional discussions with business, operations, and technical stakeholders.
• Experience assessing issue trends, identifying root causes, and recommending practical improvements.

Responsibilities
