Job summary

CoolSys is hiring a skilled refrigeration technician in Oklahoma City to join our HVAC and refrigeration service team. You will repair and overhaul equipment, diagnose issues, and perform preventative maintenance to ensure optimal performance for our diverse client base.

The role requires EPA certification, a high school diploma or GED, and a strong driving record. We offer paid training, a competitive hourly wage, and comprehensive benefits. On-call work may be required.

Qualifications

• Requires EPA certification for refrigerant handling and service.
• High school diploma or GED required with related trade training preferred.
• Industry experience in commercial refrigeration and service on display cases is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Repair and overhaul refrigeration, heating and ventilation equipment to meet customer needs.
• Service equipment such as compressors, pumps, air handlers, and motors safely and efficiently.
• Perform preventative maintenance and diagnose equipment malfunctions.
• Test systems and components using electrical/mechanical skills.
• Maintain records of work performed and process job tickets promptly.
• Support by delivering and installing cases and assisting with small construction projects.
• Operate company vehicle safely and comply with on-site policies.
